A 20% non refundable deposit will be processed on your credit card when booking.
Within seven (7) days of your visit, we will collect the remaining 80% plus HST.

Regretfully, if you cancel or change the date of a reservation within the one week of your arrival and we are not able to re-book the room, you will be charged for the room.

We do regret these policies but cancellations require substantial time given the many search engines and web sites involved. With only five rooms, last minute cancellations can be difficult to re-book as new potential guests will have already called looking for rooms and we will have sent them elsewhere and cannot now offer them the cancelled room.
